Clickavo.space isn't just a distribution channel—it's a shared environment. These terms define the operational boundary: what you can build, how we handle your data, and where liability falls if code goes rogue.
Think of it as the physics of our universe. You’re free to move at speed, but gravity applies. No feature—not even our much-touted "instant push"—overrides the need for fair play, secure code, and respect for the other developers sharing our infrastructure.
Decision Lens: Acceptable Use
Your Code, Your Covenant. The Publisher's Guarantee
By publishing on Clickavo, you warrant that your application is yours to distribute. We don't police ideas, but we must police provenance. You are also the first line of defense for your users.
- • Security Warranty: You must notify us of any known vulnerabilities in your code within 24 hours of discovery.
- • Content Responsibility: User-generated content (reviews, screenshots) is owned by the user, but you must provide reporting tools.
- • Platform Fee: Clickavo takes a 15% revenue share on all transactions, subject to change with 30 days written notice.
Transparency is the base currency. These terms ensure your code is attributed correctly and your revenue is tracked fairly.
Red Lines & Zero-Tolerance
Specific actions that trigger immediate account suspension or legal referral.
Exploit & Reverse-Engineer
No decompiling Clickavo's platform client, bypassing sandbox restrictions, or creating cheat engines for other games on the network.
Manipulated Engagement
Artificially inflating downloads, reviews, or revenue through bots, paid click-farms, or incentivized reviews is a direct violation.
Data Harassment
Scraping player data for marketing outside of Clickavo, or doxxing players, violates GDPR/KVKK and our core trust principles.
Legal Notice
These terms constitute a binding agreement under Turkish Commercial Code. Violations may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of pending revenue, and potential legal action for damages.
